Carpenter

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality rough and finish carpentry on commercial construction projects, including framing, blocking, installation of doors, hardware, trim, and specialty components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate layout and precise construction.
• Work closely with the project superintendent and foreman to meet project schedules and quality standards.
• Assist with layout, measurements, and coordination of materials and equipment needed for each phase of work.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain productivity and workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, safeguarding materials and tools.
• Report progress, issues, or potential delays promptly to supervisors.
• Uphold company values of professionalism, craftsmanship, and integrity on every project.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial carpentry or related construction field.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Proven commitment to job site safety and quality workmanship.
• Skilled with hand and power tools; ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a crew.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
