Description

The former Showcase of Homes has become the Parade of Homes - Rochester, giving your homes access to a much larger audience and the marketing reach of Housing First Minnesota. This is the inaugural spring tour for Rochester under the Parade of Homes brand, and your participation helps introduce our market to thousands of new potential buyers from across the region.

Registration is officially open and the clock is already ticking. Registration ends January 7, 2026 Entries must be completed, and late fees may be enforced for any missing or incomplete entry information.

Step 2: Complete your entry details (while waiting for login):
Before logging in, complete all draft forms.
Make sure to include anyone on your team who needs to approve your entry—have them review and initial the drafts. This ensures accuracy and accountability before the official submission (optional suggestion only).
Submitting online is your first-round approval, so verify every detail carefully. Preparing drafts now makes it easy to copy and paste when you’re ready to log in.

Step 3: Watch for your final invoice:

After the entry submission deadline has passed and all additions and cancellations are finalized, an invoice will be issued for your total balance due, so the invoice you receive reflects your confirmed participation.
